Sebastian Rae is a talented and disciplined race car driver
who has many years’ experience in the motor sports
sphere. On Monday October 15, from a group of about 15-
18 racers, he won the Improved Production Championship
(the fastest improved production class) at the Dover
Heroes of Speed raceway.
